TARIFFS:

  • All tariffs quoted on a per person per night sharing basis and in South African Rand.
  • Single supplement is charged at R1,000 additional.
  • No Children younger than 12 years are allowed.
  • All tariffs are subject to change.

  • Accommodation as per Suite Type all with panoramic sea view.
  • Full English and Continental Breakfast is served from 7h30 to 10h00 in The Spiral Staircase Dining Room.
  • Complimentary bottle of Sparkling Wine on arrival.
  • Limited Mini-Bar stocked with soft drinks.
  • Daily fresh fruit selection in Suite.
  • Satellite DSTV & Netflix & YouTube.
  • Selection of Nespresso Coffees and Specialty Teas.

  • Personalized Pick Up and Drop Off to Cape Town International Airport – please request quotation timeously.
  • All soft drinks and alcoholic beverages purchased in The Spiral Staircase Dining Room and Bar.

  • Health & Safety Insurance.
  • All extra excursions as per our list exclusively for Grand Lux Boutique Manor guests – all booked and paid at check in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT AND PAYMENTS:

Check-in at our Welcome Desk is at 14h00. Grand Lux register and indemnity must be signed by all guests. Check-out time at Welcome Desk is from 11h00 to 11h15. All purchases on room tab to be settled upon check out in S.A Rand, Visa, Master or Amex Card, US Dollars or Euros.

GRAND LUX BOUTIQUE MANOR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Grand Lux Boutique Manor will acknowledge requests for availability for the desired number of guests in the desired Suites, during your desired time frame. This provisional reservation will automatically lapse fifteen (15) days after the acknowledgment of the provisional reservation has been e-mailed.  Therefore, within these fifteen (15) days, Grand Lux Boutique Manor must receive an e-mail from our client confirming the reservation. Deposits, as set out below, must be made to Grand Lux Boutique Manor within ten days (10) of receiving your invoice by e-mail. Only then will your reservation be deemed as confirmed. Visa and Master Card payments are accepted – please supply full information.

DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL         0-30 : 100%              30-90 : 50%

All deposits made will be non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will be levied equal to the required deposit payments. All cancellations must be e-mailed to bookings@africrown.com.

INDEMNITY:

All bookings are subject to signing the Grand Lux Boutique Manor CC Indemnity at check-in, a copy of which is available on this website.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Surname and First names as they appear in the guest’s passport
  • Age
  • Arrival and departure methods and time
  • Any special dietary requirements or special requests
  • Mobile contact number
  • The family’s or group’s make up in order to determine the bed configuration

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

It is the responsibility of the booker/credit card owner to take out adequate travel insurance to cover the financial implications of the Cancellation Terms and Conditions. The Guest will bear the sole and absolute responsibility thereof. It is the booking policy of Grand Lux Boutique Manor not to deviate or amend the cancellation policy.

NOTE: The Guest is obliged to ensure and will bear the sole and absolute responsibility that adequate Travel Insurance be purchased immediately upon booking in order to claim from Insurance in case of amendment or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances and not request leniency from Grand Lux Boutique Manor.
